What’s included in the free Starter tier?
The Starter tier includes 100 credits to try out the platform’s core features like batch upload, auto-enhance, and downloadable output. No credit card required.
How are credits used?
Each standard API request or batch row processed deducts 1 credit. If ‘Enhanced Accuracy’ is enabled, it deducts 2 credits per request due to additional AI processing.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You’ll be notified when your credits are low. You can easily top up by purchasing more credits or upgrading your tier.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire as long as your account remains active.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade to a higher-tier credit pack or switch to a different plan at any time from your account dashboard.
What are the payment methods accepted?
We accept all major credit/debit cards via Stripe. Custom invoicing is available for Enterprise and Custom plans.
Are API and integration features included in all tiers?
All paid plans support API access. Enterprise and Custom plans include dedicated integration support and onboarding assistance.
What support is included in each plan?
Starter users have access to community and help docs. Higher tiers include email support, with faster response times for Business and Enterprise plans.
Can I cancel my plan anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime. Unused credits will remain in your account until used; refunds are not issued for unused credits.
